CINEMAS - Windows: not able to extract the zip archive

Dear Colleagues,

I discovered today the CINEMAS software, and I would be interested to use it (the view, the plot and the draw tools). I downloaded the CINEMAS Windows version from the download center. However, after download I noticed that the zip archive is very small  (33.6 KB). When trying to open the archive, I receive the message  "file can not be opened. It is not an archive". I suspect that the downloaded file is not good. Could you please help me with a link?
