Post processing DOSCAR
I wish to post process the DOSCAR file which I had already. However, I can see that Cinemas is reading only the number of atoms from the file whereas number of lines read is zero as shown in the attached image file. I have done the following
1.) Opened Doscar file
2.) Clicked the icon of analysis output.
How to obtain DOS plot and others from DOSCAR?
As a cross-check, plase verify if your DOSCAR file is complete and has proper lines containing DOS data, after header lines. If your DOSCAR file is valid, please send the file to cinemas email address, we will get back to you ASAP.
