The Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore is a multi-disciplinary research institute located at Jakkur, Bangalore, India. It was established by the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India, to mark the birth centenary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of the Republic of India. IKST had signed a MoU with International Center for Material Sciences (ICMS), JNSCR in 2013 & has been in collaboration with IKST for various projects since then.

IIT Bhubaneswar is a public technical and research university established by the government of India in 2008, located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India under The Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011. IIT Bhubaneswar has been in collaboration with IKST for various projects since 2016, the most notable being the on-going project CINEMAS.

IIT Bombay is a public technical and research university located in Powai, Mumbai, India which was founded in 1958. Since its establishment in Powai, the institute has physically expanded to include more than 584 major buildings with a combined area of more than 2.2 square kilometers, it has a total of 15 academic departments, 20 centers, a school of excellence and four interdisciplinary programs. IIT Bombay has been in collaboration with IKST for various research & development projects since 2017. IIT Bombay signed MoU with Korea Institute of Science & Technology (KIST), South Korea mediated through IKST, Bangalore.

IISc, Bangalore is a public, deemed, research university for higher education and research in science, engineering, design, and management. It is located in Bangalore, Karnataka. It was established in 1909 with active support from Jamshedji Tata and Krishna Raja Wadiyar IV. It was granted the deemed to be university status in 1958. IKST & IISc has been involved with various progressive science projects since 2016.

IIT Kharagpur is a public technical and research university established by the government of India in 1951. It is the first of the IITs to be established and is recognized as an Institute of National Importance. IIT Kharagpur has 8.5 square kilometers (2,100 acres) campus and has about 22,000 residents. IKST has been involved with Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy (SRIC), IIT, Kharagpur for two productive science projects since 2019.

IIT Varanasi is a public technical and research university located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Founded in 1919 as the Banaras Engineering College, it became the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University in 1968. It was designated as an Indian Institute of Technology in 2012. IIT (BHU) Varanasi has 16 departments and 3 inter-disciplinary schools. IIT (BHU) collaborated with IKST through it’s School of Materials Science and Technology (SMST) in the year 2020 for a material science project.

Poornaprajna Institute of Scientific Research (PPISR), Bangalore is a private university founded & managed by Admar Mutt Education Foundation. It was conceptualized in 1998, as a center where scientists would be involved in research and training doctoral students. It is recognized by DSIR, Govt. of India, & MAHE, Karnataka, as an R&D centre. Research at PPISR is pursued broadly under three divisions: Biological Sciences, Materials Sciences & Theoretical Sciences. IKST had signed a MoU with PPISR, Bangalore in late 2019 to establish a collaborative relationship between both Institutes & identify new venues of scientific development.

Christ University is a deemed to be university in Bangalore, Karnataka. Founded in 1969 as an autonomous college, July 2008 it was declared as an institution deemed to be university under section 3 of UGC Act 1956 by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The University is managed by the priests of the Catholic religious order, Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), part of Syro-Malabar Major Archiepiscopal Church. IKST has signed a MoU with Center for Digital Innovation (CDI), Christ deemed-to-be University, Bangalore on October, 2016 (renewed-2019) for collaborative purpose & to conduct the PRISM contest every year to discover creative, innovative ideas & young talented students.
